Pros

- Good company flexi benefit - Budget high for team bonding/dinner

Cons

- Preference for foreigners over locals - Low bonus for working level, attractive bonus and retention bonus for director level - Existing 360 review, but not transparent enough. The bosses can play around with filter/slicer to sieve out the unhappy employees
