Good Pay, Horrible Culture

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Good pay vs other FMCGS. Nothing else to say

Cons

Appreciation, opportunities and exposure given if you're from the same country as management. This boys club culture will soon drain your motivation as personal interests always higher than company goals. Management culture is to not respect work life balance or your work, hence the massive turnover and horrible reputation in the industry

Pros

Good pay, that's about it

Cons

Terrible work culture. A culture of bullying and fear to which HR does absolutely nothing to assist with. The worst type of people in FMCG remain there because they themselves bully a very young HR team into keeping them. Absolutely rubbish culture - avoid this place like the plague, they are not worth it. I also didn't appreciate being forced into selling lies on products which were not actually backed up by science.
