Cons

No clear direction from Management. Opportunity for career growth is very low at mid Senior managerial level. Opportunities for foreigners are better than local employees.

Alot of growth opportunities! Very flexible and alot to learn to make you build and start your career. Very nice people. DON'T AGREE with many of the negative reviews. If you work hard and are willing to learn on your own on what career you want to pursue, show initiative and knowledge. Talk to other people in different departments and knock on doors to get noticed you will definitely grow and opportunities will be given to you!

Cons

Increases in salary. NO other cons.... If you stay doing only your daily tasks and the bare minimum you will not grow with in this company.

The only pros for working here is the great experience on AML and Compliance you get that’s it take it for a year or 2 then leave

Cons

Lack of communication, terrible management, HR is a joke there, the supervisors are untouchable people, there is all about buddy promotion based on friendship and not on merit. Bad salary, terrible schedules lack of leadership
