Work here if you want your skills to go to waste.

Pros

There is chance for growth if you're willing to take more workload with the same entry level compensation package.

Cons

A lot of incompetent senior staff who don't know how to do their job but the management still tolerate because they've been there for years. Don't expect that you'll get good mentorship here. Annual increment is very low. Some staff doesn't even get it even if they are performing well. Annual bonus is not based on performance but on manager's discretion. If you're not a favourite then don't expect much. Managers always get the skills trainings. They won't invest on their employees. They don't care about employee retention here because they'd rather get a new staff that they can pay less. HR doesn't know how to do their job. If you work here, be prepared to instruct HR on how certain process are. All they are good at is taking team lunch. Very toxic working environment.
