Cons

Management wants employees to work overtime without pay. Huge communications gap between departments and people. No career development program. Working in this company is like working at the small business. No reward for hard working people.

Friendly coworkers, good place to start career, flexible work schedule. HR or coworkers would buy some pizzas or burgers during event

Cons

Terrible management, no coordination and corporation between teams. I cannot believe that there is no documentation and instruction for a new hires experienced full time employee for first few months. And poor tech knowledge for technicians. Even my required permissions and application not be ready after half year. Supervisors are un politely, even yowling each other's when there was some issue. The management team more like a family firm.
