Pros
This review is for Ria Digital, which has a different culture and diff ways of working than the greater Ria company. Digital is like a FinTech start-up, it has a flat organization, all new ideas are welcomed, human and approachable leadership, it's small enough that you can feel connected to everyone, lots of room to move around/up the organization
Cons
As with any start-up organization within a huge corporation, it definitely has growing pains. But this is not special to Ria Digital. All companies have process, people and technology issues. Certain teams are tougher to work on than others, and it totally depends on the department/team leads you work for. I have heard complaints from other teams, but I personally like the people I work with
