Pros

.- Good work environment, collaborative teams, lots of activities, free coffee... .- Professional staff, at least on IT, good knowledge and honest work ethos. .- International company, projects are very diffferent and allows you to work often abroad, taht gives an excellent experience and knowledge of market

Cons

.- Salary, there's almost no salary policy, incentives and career plan .- Performance reviews, very poor, more oriented to keep you under control that to encourage improvement .- High management expectations very far from reality .- Certain people has too much power so their decissions, often incorrect, are not cuestioned.

I enjoy it here. its a place where I come to work and almost everyone smiles and are friendly, a very pleasant environment. watch your weight. they like to feed you and enjoy many events. Stable company. and they care about training you to make you better.

Cons

pay too low. its hard to advance and grow within the company with decent pay raise. unless you really suck up to management more than your qualifications.
