I worked as a sales associate with Ria which allowed me to continue my college education.

Cons

The managers are not well educated , there are many problems and many law suits going on .

Product team leaders have too much power and not enough expertise

Pros

Okay pay, decent bonus. Benefits were pretty good. Teammates I enjoyed. Product is interesting. Lots of talented and smart people at the company.

Cons

Many people in leadership positions don't have great leadership skills, or even management skills. The product team leaders are completely protected by the CEO despite overwhelming evidence towards malpractice and incompetence. The company wears people down over time and definitely has a very toxic element at times.

It was a good step in my career and the company is so poorly run that I didn't mind bouncing.

Cons

HR team is pretty sexist and racist. I remember being told that men are bad communicators once in an actual company training.
