Pros

The culture is good, easy going folks but not a place to grow especially if you’re a female.

Cons

No women in leadership, infact there are barely any women in all of the IT team. No collective growth mindset, and fast paced but with lots of disorganization.

Pros

Part of an established public company. HR team is nice.

Cons

Management openly practices favoritism, if you are not Hispanic or if you have not created your own ethnic group, you will be an outsider always. Don’t expect your manager to stand up for you, they have a culture of throwing others under the bus all the way to the top.
