Pros

I've been working at Ria for about 2 months now, and it's been an incredible experience. The management team is very supportive and always open to feedback. There are plenty of opportunities for professional development, and the company culture and work environment are very inclusive and collaborative. I feel valued and motivated to contribute to the company's success.

Cons

The technology and tools used are somewhat outdated and can hinder productivity. Investing in modern tools and systems would greatly enhance efficiency.

Pros

The work has always been challenging, requiring dedication and adaptability. In the past, the company offered consistent annual bonuses and salary increases, which made the effort feel valued. However, with recent changes in management, it's unclear if these incentives will continue, leaving uncertainty about future recognition and rewards.

Cons

KPI are now unclear, Workload are not properly being allocated due to capacity issue. PH handle complex tasks but receive little recognition. As a supervisor, I’m forced to accept decisions, like appointing someone to a senior role who I feel is less qualified. There’s clear bias, and toxic culture isn’t addressed. Suggestions are ignored unless they come from certain people, and higher roles are often given to others without considering the team's experience. I had to deal with unnecessary scrutiny over a travel budget, and after my manager was let go, her workload was dumped on me—without any promotion or recognition.
