Pros

Joined as a part-time intern while finishing school then transitioned to a full-time role. Great recruitment process with Alek, a fantastic recruiter. Supportive team with a good work/play balance in the office, always willing to help. Lots of opportunities to make an impact.

Cons

Pay is lower than most product roles, but Denver's lower cost of living balances it out.

While I was employed, my position was fully remote.

Cons

- Unexistent path for growth despite being told there was one. - Toxic work environment. - Overworked and Underpaid. - Management had favorites. - Raises are a slap in the face despite working hard. - Time off was a joke!
