      Pros

      A pretty tight knit community for a large company. Have personally felt supported by management, up to a certain level. Willing and able to provide resources and tools to do your job efficiently and safely.

      Cons

      Sometimes it seems like you have to do more with less, personnel wise, and people get spread a little thin.
