Free parking, daycare, gym, nice co-workers

Cons

If you work in corporate, you're expected to come in early, work late and bring work home. There's no support for things like learning disabilities. Managers are unprofessional because they lack up-to-date skills. Managers are indecisive and don't communicate well. You will not be set up for success.

Massive industry, lots of projects, many places to innovate

Cons

Massive layoffs, no investment in internal development resources, outsourcing everything to high-paid consultants that continuously fail to deliver, only hiring junior levels because the budget is not there to pay for experience. Consultants constantly come and go, so there is no consistent process or history.

Stable industry, co workers are mostly friendly, company is growing

Cons

Onboarding is the worst I've seen for a corporate company and nothing is done to change it. Management is not there to manage or support you. They only cares about their work, will do anything to not give you more money. There is no company culture and the only blame is "Online work", instead of looking inward and creating a better environment the tactic is to blame employees for not wanting to sit in an office. Do not work here if you are not an expert in your field already, they will not support you growing unless it means taking on an insane amount of work.
