Pros

People you "work with" are good, people you "work for" are not!

Cons

Female micromanagers! Cafe food gross and overpriced, not subsidized at all (they need to change their benefit wording on their website)!! Company has changed significantly from a caring company to all customers (external and internal) to a company that will degrade you until you leave the company! Expectation of getting everything done, but no OT pay or time off No praise for getting tasks done on time and working late until it's done 1 on 1's is a what you have been doing wrong session and actually pinpointing each error and re-emphasizing what you did wrong!

Thanks for your input and your continued contribution to the RB family. While we only had a short opportunity to work with you, we hope this gave you a chance to experience everything RB has to offer. RB is definitely a very unique environment and while we may not be the right match for everyone, we actually find that of the few employees that end up leaving us, a large percentage of them boomerang back because of our industry-leading compensation and benefits they can only get at RB. That being said, there really are some great points here, and we thank you for sharing them. We pride ourselves in our “work-hard, play-hard” motto, and we are rewarded well for strong performance while having an incredibly unique work/life experience. Whether they are here for a short time or a long time (like the majority of our employees), we are committed to creating the best employment experience for everyone. Since you last worked with us, we have already done a complete audit of our culture to pinpoint our strengths and to take action on the areas that need improvement. We are also in the process of shaping new relationship focused roles that have been designed to address some of your concerns. If you are interested, we would be happy to discuss some of these changes with you to see if our new approach might fit with your career needs.
