IT managers are respectful of their staff Good opportunity for career progression Good salary, benefits and OT agreement Gym and showers in the office Free parking Cafe on site Free coffee

Cons

Location - it's terrible for public transit, buses come once every 25 minutes in peak hour, sometimes the bus comes too early or just doesn't show up

Great place to work, friendly colleagues, supportive and encouraging management. Great work/life balance and salary/benefits package. Building and on-site facilities are good. Recognize and reward top performers.

Cons

Legacy IT systems need updating, can be frustrating at times.

Pros

Large growth organization that is providing opportunities for career advancement across nearly all departments. In HQ, notable growth in IT, Marketing, Corp Finance, HR and Financial Services. Company has a lot of access to capital for interesting and innovative projects.

Cons

Seems the Glassdoor reviews are beating up on culture. I don't see it, but obviously there will always be some disgruntled folks. A vocal minority from my perspective.
