Every one do every thing which is not good and no respect for different grades but it depend on communication with head office

The weather is the most challenge as we work outside and that cause a lot of danger and none safe working environment because safety is not only paper on wall it should be act

Free parking, some people were nice.

Cons

Salaries way below market value. Worked with people who were bullies. Anyone who doesn't "drink the orange kool-aid" deemed not a team player and treated like an outcast. Very highschool-like environment. Being harassed once a week to purchase 50/50 tickets for random charities got old real fast. Long-term temps treated like second-class citizens.
