Pros
Great people, good work environment. Fun, most of the time. I believe the management team is starting to improve, time will tell what their success is. Flexibility. Benefits are top notch. Opportunity to grow is huge!
Cons
Work life balance - it's said that this is on each individual themselves, but based on the compensation structure, anyone that is driven will burn themselves out. Compensation is definitely not in line with the industry in the USA.
