Pros

CEO RJ is good, I joined Rivian because of his innovation and vision because I love cars. Nothing as of I know, line managers and teams are not set correctly

Cons

I really doubt if line managers and above are capable Leads in the team play blame game if you are a capable resource Lacks team collaboration Work life balance (I work 12 hours everyday still no satisfaction)

Pros

None I can think of. Run. This company will go under but if you must, good luck.

Cons

A lot of people in positions they have no business being in which constantly puts other people in positions they too have no business being in. Disorganization. Terrible communication. Goal posts shifting without said communication. Lack of feedback, positive or negative. Favoritism and discrimination.

Pros

You will get to experience some of the cool parts of being in an exclusive company. Stock purchase discounts.

Cons

The previous mentions of it being a "boys club" are partially true. Not a very diverse company overall. No people of color in management in most of the company. Lack of relevant experience severely damages the employee experience. Pay is not competitive for the job itself and no growth potential. startup vibes are very heavy in culture, expect surprise trips. slow work days as a result of being a new brand leaves team members feeling undervalued. management can be questionable depending on the location and department you work in.
