Company is growing FAST. The past reviews are based on when the company was going through major growing pains. Don’t get me wrong, they are still dealing with growing pains but changes have been made and are still being made. Also, they have realized they need to reward their employees, especially the data analysts, and salaries are competitive now. You have to work really hard to become a level 2 but it will be worth it. Good pay once you become a Level 2, you just need to work hard and prove your value. Houston office is forecasted to grow exponentially and they are ready for it. ROSEN is the leader in ILI and their technology is far ahead of the competition, definitely superior. Along with the huge growth comes more opportunities to move up in the company or explore your interests in different departments. Overall, it is a great time to be with ROSEN in the Houston market. Oil and Gas / Energy sector is the life and blood here in Houston and it is a great industry to be in. I would definitely recommend looking into ROSEN.
Cons
Work can be mundane but it can be rewarding. Work life balance is not bad, they offer great vacation. Yes, if it becomes busy you will have to put some extra work in but it depends on how efficient you are. If you can get your work done efficiently and produce excellent results you will not have to work like a mule. With the huge growth that is happening the original ROSEN building is starting to get cramped.
