      Good Place for Career Advancement & Work-Life Balance

      Pros

      This organization is great if you are looking to experience cross-functional roles. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to experience different job scopes in just one company, where most people would have to move across organizations to do so. There are great mentors in the company too, if you know where to look. I would also say that the hours are such that they allow for a "work-life balance", so it is definitely suitable for parents as well as young adults looking to experience life outside of work.

      Cons

      The increments are not exactly the best in the market, but certainly not the worst. So I would suggest to establish your objectives before deciding to apply and/or work here.

      Pros

      - market leader in certain segments - consistent growth (7%/year) - new positions opening due to growth - very good infrastructure (work place equipment, buildings etc.) - nice colleagues - good working atmosphere - very good reputation of the company (for your CV) - good corporate benefits (e.g. gyms, phones etc.) - low level of stress to sum up: good as an entry position

      Cons

      - poor middle management - starting salary very much dependent on negotiations - no system for salay increases, again dependent on negotiations - no clear career development program for employees, very "individual" - untransparent in terms of salary and work processes - very static work processes - fast growth brings a lot of challenges, for managers as well as for employees - for the particular job I had, very monoton - lack of development since tasks given were very narrow to sum up: not good for a long-term stay (if you are ambitious)

      ROSEN has great family values and is very laid back. Great benefits and vacation time.

      I think the pay could be more.
