      Pros

      The benefits are great. 3 weeks of vacation starting at your second year. Everyone is generally nice to work with.

      Cons

      There isn't any place to shower for the maintenance workers after work if needed. Only amenity is a Foosball table.

      Pros

      This company truly cared about the concerns of the employees and catered to them as much as possible. It is a great company to work for starting out.

      Cons

      The cons are that they promise you chances to move up in the company but that is not the case here. Only a few people get that opportunity and it seems like it is a group of friends who are the ones who benefit here.

      Great team work, challenging job, worldwide experience, stability and safety and many more things makes ROSEN one of the best many people around the world.

      Cons

      Honestly, the only down about it, when you join ROSEN family, you need to think ten times before leaving, ROSEN makes sure it is hard to leave.
