- Kick starting your career as a Junior; - Exceptional salary for Junior developers; - Very friendly environment, full of people more than ready to help you learn; - All people are down to earth - from Managers to Seniors and Architects, etc

Cons

- Hard to leave once you get comfortable in the company :D - Maybe a little bit slower salary raise ( I am not sure, but I guess so ) since you start at pretty high one;
