We are working to create a great work/life balance for our employees. It can certainly be more complicated with roles that require travel. We encourage you to look at ways to improve the frequency, such as if it's possible to consolidate trips or use virtual meetings more often when travel may not be necessary. We encourage our employees to speak to their managers when a trip will cause any hardship, and we believe our employees use their best judgment for when putting work aside is best for them/their family.
