They betray and lie. And they smile while doing it. Just two years ago they sent an email stating how they’re going to allow us to work from home because it’s better blah blah blah. Well - lies. Now we’re going into the office for no reason. Our teams are scattered all over the world, so there’s zero benefit. Also, managers don’t get held accountable. Mine threatened me and my family, yet he’s still there.

The biggest con of SAP is the executive board. For the past several years the board has been seemingly trying their hardest to destroy employee trust. During the pandemic they lied to all of us, promising that they were embracing a flexible work environment. Only to do a complete 180 and now requiring every employee globally to be in an office 3-days a week, regardless if you are 2 hours from an office and regardless of personal circumstance. I will no longer suggest SAP as a good place to work
