Pros
Great work-life balance (overworking is actually frowned upon). Competitive salary (but this might vary from location to location, I guess) and good benefits. Very interesting topics to work on (of course, this might depend on the team). Any released product can, and probably will, be used by many companies worldwide, having a real impact. Lots of learning opportunities (trainings, conferences, etc.). Smart and hard-working colleagues.
Cons
Relatively slow project-to-production timeline. Sometimes bureaucracy gets in the way of delivering good products in a timely manner. As a data scientist, there seems to be a general (in my opinion unjustified) feeling of not being "as good in cutting edge technology" as famous American or Chinese companies, which might impact morale.
