      - this company runs in German nepotism by its dear leader hasso. If you are okay with executives running business units that they are completely unfit for, you belong here. It’s the lowest paying company in the Bay Area - but the work is painfully easy that you can coast to retirement here. My total compensation is double what it was at SAP after leaving,

      I've spent dev years chasing concur's North Star. Whenever we finally get going with the latest hotness, people have already decided to kill it off and move onto something new. Every effort to make the next environment not a snowflake and the reference for all future environments pumps out the snowflakeiest environment of all. Terrible project planning. Forced centralized tools which suck. Company now hates windows and dotNet. SAP Concur not aligned with SAP.

      Free lunch if that floats your boat.

      Cons

      Comparable to the civil service. A lot of passing the book and using ‘raise a ticket’ as a way of not taking any accountability. Robotic environment to work in. Everything has to fit processes that are mostly broken. Difficult to get anything done. Highly inefficient, ineffective and hugely frustrating. SAP is where innovation goes to die.
