      Pros

      Management is generally fair and reasonable, and there is a recent focus on innovation and moving beyond the traditional money-makers into new areas, which is positive.

      Cons

      Like nearly anything the size of SAP, it moves slowly. A conservative corporate culture still pervades many aspects of the business and sometimes it is possible to get mired down in endless rounds of discuss without real progress.

      - dictatorship of administration by Finance and operation - significant levels of management with little experience or knowledge with SAP products or customers - consequence management is non-existant - professional growth possible based on personal network - conflict will kill your career, say good things or stay silent - Hasso (founder of company) continues to try to steer the company but continues making significant mistakes - some people are more equal than others
