Excellent company with excellent style of management, always ahead worldwide with new initiatives and ideas. B.A Project launched in 2000 is a clear example of thinking forward concept, where laying off staff never thought of in any multinational by that time.

Cons

A few poor managers were hired in late 1990's caused impact on morale then company results.
