      Pros

      Great Brands and experienced people. Global presence and global estructure in place. New management in place is transforming the company introducing new ways of doing things

      Cons

      Slow and burocratic. Too much process. Innovation process is slow. Racine is distant and isolated. Not a good place to attract talent

      Pros

      Fair tolerance to recover underperformance. Very multi culti during the course of the day. Still Nice value system. Many leading edge business practices

      Cons

      Extremely slow in decisionmaking. Far too much centralised. We re not P&G! It seems that being in meetings is THE Key KPI Remuneration package deteriorated over the years compared to FMCG . Communication is not very effective and very much like pappa is educating you.
