      Company is generous with benefits, such as educational reimbursement, discounts on products, fitness opportunities. Cost of healthcare and 401(K) offerings are on par with similar organizations

      Cons

      Recent organizational changes have removed some deadwood -- which is a plus in many cases. There are fewer hands to do the work, but the company is stronger overall for the changes.

      Mulitnational Family Company. Not needing to report to shareholder, great company to be. Supportive colleagues & top management. Employee is treated as family

      As far as big companies go, SCJ treats their people better than most

      Cons

      Leadership can be a bit overly conservative at times. Very high Brand Manager turnover is single biggest contributor to extraordinarily long new product development cycles.
