      Experience in many different areas. The focus of your design can change drastically from project to project.

      Cons

      The Toledo location has a very corporate mindset and can make life very boring and stressful but most of the supervisors I had there were as nice as possible.

      Good work and good environment. Challenging jobs and career growth is available. Enjoyable employee programs and organizations in place to join.

      Cons

      Low pay scale and apprehensive of career progression from the management. Lots of engineers and architects have looked elsewhere because of the lack of attention to competitive wages.
