It doesn't matter when one industry or one company is in a downturn... SSOE portfolio of clients are in many industries and across many states and countries. It is steady employment with a great team.

Cons

I had one rotten manager, who has been since moved out of management of people.

Good leadership, fast growing, care about it's employees.

Cons

I haven't had many issues, when I have issues I bring the mo MGMT and they do something about it. Cons could also be the customer you work for is demanding but that comes with the territory.
