      Pros

      SSOE has amazing projects with some of the best companies in the world that are both fun and challenging. The company is driven by providing great customer service, being a part of the communities where we live and work and being a great place to work. SSOE does a good job of staying up to date with industry competitive wages and benefits and has consistently worked on providing industry leading compensation.

      Cons

      At times SSOE may take on more work than they the resources to execute, putting strain on the staff.
