SSOE truly offers the best of both worlds... the opportunities of a large, growing firm with the supportive culture often found in smaller firms. I've appreciated the ability to advance my career here and know the executive leadership team has an unmatched appreciation for staff--keeping the needs and well-being of employees top of mind. I would 10/10 recommend SSOE to others for a variety of reasons: competitive salary and benefits package, diversity of exciting projects / work, commitment to future growth, collaborative culture, formal career planning process, approachable CEO willing to listen...and the list goes on.

I didn't realize how good I had it until I started talking to my friends about where they work. It's definitely not perfect, but we are in the right markets at the right time and management is properly leveraging that position. The CEO has done an excellent job of setting expectations for moving into our next phase of growth from meaningful DEI and corporate responsibility efforts to an aggressive M&A and technology strategy. Management is very transparent with employees, even when there is a hard answer. They are working on very exciting projects. The growth is creating good opportunities for advancement. They recently proactively gave a significant market adjustment to employees as well as an off-cycle adjustment when it was clear inflation was accellerating.
