Outsourcing Pros ... anything that can be outsourced, is outsourced regardless of the outcome.

Pros

The engineers and technical staff are great to work with, local staff are great and very skilled. Local management is sympathetic to technical employee needs.

Cons

Very conservative corporate culture that does not necessarily fit with some of the client values and cultures. Corporate policies skirt some of the local labor laws.

Cons

When work runs low everyone’s a target doesn’t matter how many years you’ve been there. Sitter clear unless you an Intern starting your career, use it as a stepping stone only.

Not a company for engineers

Cons

All brownfield projects involving very less or no engineering work. Not a company if you are looking to grow as a structural engineer. Hire and fire attitude in Mumbai office. No professionalism in structural discipline. No communication between mumbai and overseas offices. Basically a mess.
