• There are genuine opportunities to build strong connections with colleagues across departments. • Some team members are collaborative and generous with their time and knowledge. • Exposure to a variety of projects and markets can provide solid industry experience.

Cons

• Favoritism from management can impact workplace dynamics and make working there more challenging than it needs to be. • Certain managers or coworkers may engage in undermining/sabotaging behavior, which creates a toxic environment for some. • Certain coworkers exhibit subtly racist behavior, including microaggressions, which can make the environment uncomfortable—especially for employees from underrepresented backgrounds. • Subtle discrimination can be present and may go unaddressed, making it uncomfortable for underrepresented voices. • Workplace fairness is inconsistent—some individuals are held to different standards than others. • Work-life balance is uneven; expectations and workload vary depending on who you report to and what project you’re on. • Health insurance options are not competitive—especially for single employees. I ended up paying out-of-pocket multiple times for basic care.

Good benefits, relatively calm workflow though occasionally super stressful as a result of highly demanding clients. Since the clients were demanding, there were some interesting projects coming down the pipe.

Cons

Guidance in career direction appeared to be somewhat lacking, though there were annual reviews. Some of the assignments were very ungratifying.
