Best people in the industry. Flexible work schedule and management is willing to work around family life. Wide variety of projects.

Cons

Pay scale seems to be lower than industry average, health care benefits are subpar, can be a stressful industry due to tight budgets and agressive deadlines.

Great people in the AT SBU. Company provides incentives. Gives bonus when they can.

Cons

Lower cost midwest culture. Doesn't seem to be longevity..... Recommendation is only if you are in need of a job. Not a first choice, by a long shot.

SSOE has amazing projects with some of the best companies in the world that are both fun and challenging. The company is driven by providing great customer service, being a part of the communities where we live and work and being a great place to work. SSOE does a good job of staying up to date with industry competitive wages and benefits and has consistently worked on providing industry leading compensation.

Cons

At times SSOE may take on more work than they the resources to execute, putting strain on the staff.
