You really touch the HW environment and go deep into the details of the technology. Multinational organization. Open to multiple cultures. Flexibility in the working time.

Cons

No opportunities for carrier evolution. The remuneration isn't inline with similar companies/jobs. No imagination in the management strategy: very static.
