Friendly, open & experienced colleagues. Lot of opportunities to gain experience. Cooperation with colleagues abroad. Nice benefits.

Cons

Typical corporate environment. Rigid structure, lots of meaningless meetings and rules. No carrier or knowledge outside of daily job growth. Each division works for itself.

hard working people. Work life balance. Food is good and with subsidy. Transportation is almost everywhere within Delhi NCR. Team integrity is nice.

Cons

Extreme politics. Your hard work and performance is independent of securing a job. Training is useless as they teach things which are readily available on the internet. Application knowledge is never shared properly as that is the prime possession of employees over there (which they actually show off to even a newbie).
