Impossible to get fired Good place to learn at start of your career You can sleep at desk for years before you retire, good for old people

No WFH Too many meetings where upper management is bragging about increased profits Toxic and jealous middle management and team leaders Dead-end career paths Slow salary increases, last two years salaries effectively decreased for many Very disorganized company Management has little interest in listening to employees

Pros

- Can’t think of many reasons if you are a fresh college grad, but If you are in your 40s or 50s, then don’t ever leave this place, very relaxed and incompetent culture.

Cons

- Spineless management. - Nobody knows how to code, if you show them how to create a data structure, they’ll be amazed, but also keep in mind, if you say it’s so trivial, the manager will take it as if you don’t know it. - Old people all around, with mentality still stuck in the 1990s/2000s. - Crappy office, crappy laptop which doesn’t even work (need to reboot it 3 times a day). - Below Average compensation (No RSUs). - It’s a sales company, not a tech company, so beware if you’re an engineer who wants to work on cutting edge tech.
