      management don't care about the employees, below average salary and compensation package, monotonous and boring tasks, no opportunity to grow

      Great environment and community, manageable workload, good work-personal life balance.

      Cons

      No proper training, managers are not qualified and do not care about helping you to be motivated, they are not really willing to help you if you need anything.
