Results oriented.People oriented.Very polite culture.And No blaming and politics. People in STM are working on issues rather than politics even we can see this in management level.

Cons

Very lame HR policies.Overall HR people are very nice though. Semi automatic and unavoidable human mishandling. The system is really rustic and they need to build the robust system.
