Generally, colleagues are polite. ST provide oppurtunitues for growth in its people. Flexible timing. Good medical benefits. Not much lay-offs occur over last many years

Cons

Long working hours. You can be doing multiple hats / roles that may affect your work life balance.

Training is centralized and not catered for the immediate job role. Lean workforce makes it difficult to consult colleagues for learning since job scope is different and senior colleagues will be busy
