Good benefits. Flexible hours. Central location. A pleasant ollective of people. I get to travel and get into interesting situations. There's a possibility to take on more responsibility.
Cons
A bit disorganized at times. It can get stressful when a customer's facing a big issue and there's a strict deadline. I also don't receive any training. We mostly learn ourselves.
