Pros
ST is like a Great University: you stay for a learning period and then you should leave it, otherwise you will stagnate.
Cons
Very Bad salary, limited Career evolution, Team and Site Managers are put by politics. Some teams/divisions worked harder than the others, but there is no consideration to that.
