1. Good management treating employees as assets. They invest in their employees. 2. Good company culture

Cons

They need to be streamline and filter their hiring process as after spending few years there I have found some really technically incompetent people have been hired which have led to major project failures.

As most of the review states, very friendly environment. I was lucky to work with some real talents. Had great freedom to learn. I had my foundations laid for my today's success.

Cons

I worked there for 3 years. I had almost no pay rise nor a promotion. My career was completely frozen for those three years.
