Pros

Good benefits, working conditions, lots of challenging tasks/opportunities, very structured organization. Benefits cover the family - family friendly. Diverse working environment. Employee stock options/vesting for high performers.

Cons

Organization changes more often than the seasons. Too much money spent on expats. Can't really tell where the management is headed to.

Good (but not great) Semiconductor company. If you are better than average you can truly shine at this company. Lots of opportunities to learn, travel, assume new responsibilities. Some very good mentoring. Good pay at the right level and at the right location(s).

Cons

Very few non-Europeans make it to top management. Still a very French/Italian culture company. Company continues to manage the same old fashioned way.
