      Pros

      Can take part on corporate project and training opportunity to sharpen your skill, can request for internal transfer to other department if you bored to current work and want to take new challenges. Overall company benefit like medical claim, special leave, etc is about same as market rate.

      Cons

      Salary is below market price. Workload is too much. The managers support only the things important to management and push out the rest of their responsibilities to subordinates. Poor time management. Managers don't want guide new hire also.

      Good company benefit. Relationship with colleagues are very nice and helpful person.

      Cons

      Poor management skill. This team turn over too high, average 3 months a person will leave the team. Some people probation get extended without solid reason. No recognition at work.
