      ST is made by its people who are some of the best to work with. Expectations are high, but job security is good. OK pay. Flexible environment.

      Cons

      Corporate policies limit rewarding outstanding individual achievement. Non-aggressive go to market strategy. Management doesn't coach, only looks to please their boss. Not much emphasis on analytics. Company is tied down by excessive European employment and moves pressure to perform on US.
