      Pros

      Strong technology company. Good working environment and benefits. People are friendly and are willing to help to others so projects move forward at a good pace. Semiconductor process, fabrication, Wafer&chip test, SOC/chip validation etc. are strengths.

      Cons

      At times slow in making decisions. Internal priority-conflict between teams. Competition is quick and so STMicro needs to be very cognizant of that fact.
